This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to customer orders, managing orders, and tracking shipments.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven experience in customer support and customer satisfaction
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
Bachelor degree in business administration, communication, or a related field is preferred
Relevant experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.
